Very distrurbed (sad post, don't read if you're too sensitive!)

I am seriously so disturbed right now. It's only Wednesday and I've already seen TWO dead dogs on the highway.

On Monday, I saw a dead Dalmation on the side of the highway... the poor guy's body was so mangled, but his little head was perfect. He was facing me and I could see his cute nose and face. He was just there on the side of the road. I started crying right there!

Then today, I saw a dead dog (luckily NOT facing me) in the freakin' MIDDLE OF THE HIGHWAY! It was not in my lane and luckily I saw people swerving around him... he was a big dog just laying there in the middle of the road.

I'm even tearing up right now just writing this. I can't take seeing these things! It makes me to sad that things like this happen to these poor animals, and then they are just left there in the middle of the road. It's so disgusting. I know it's hard.. but I have gone out of my way SO MANY TIMES so as not to hit a dog or cat or squirrel or whatever... even clipped the side of a tree once from swerving off the road.

Sorry everyone.. I am just so sad over this. Those images just HAUNT me...

Thats horrible. I can't stand to see racoons and squirrels in the road.....but dogs have a special place in my heart and I barely keep from crying when I see one hit by a car.

Sorry you've been having these experiences so frequently.
