How many days do you usually receive

2 bars?

3 bars?

I am currently on CD10 - and in the past have received my +OPKs on CD13 or CD14. So when should I expect to see my bars increase?

If this is your first month, then there's no real answer. The CBEFM is still getting used to your body, so you might have many high days. You'll only ever get 2 peak days (3 bars) and you'll always have a high day after that.

I can tell you about my past cycles though if that will help.

Month 1 - started testing on CD 6: 3 low, 7 high, peak, O = CD 17

Month 2 - started testing on CD 9 from this month forward: 12 high, peak, O = CD 22

Month 3 - 4 low, 4 high, peak, O = CD 18

Month 4 - 2 low, 3 high, peak, O = CD 15

Month 5 - 2 low, 5 high, peak, O = CD 17

Month 6 - 6 high, peak, O = CD 16

Month 7 - 4 low, 1 high, peak, O = CD 14

Month 8 - 1 low, 5 high, peak, O = CD 16

I didn't get any peak readings the first month I used it. But I did the second month.

I usually get two high days (two bars) then one or two peak days (three bars) followed by another high day.

You should get your peak day around the time that you would usually get your +OPK. One or two days before that should be high.

I am CD10 and using the CBEFM for the first month also!
