2nd beta
That was seriously the most excruciating wait of my life. I went in this AM and usually they call by 2pm, but they didn't call until 4pm. I nearly had a heart attack in those 2 hours!
But it's ok because the call was good. My HcG levels more than tripled since Thursday, so it seems I'm off to a good start.
You know, I never stopped for a moment in all the craziness to thank all of you. When I first joined this board I was very hesitant and felt like I didn't belong because I already had a DD. I was just amazed at how wonderful, caring, kind and helpful everyone was, and made me feel just as welcome in my questions as anyone else. This is truly an inspirational board, and as much as I would never, ever wish IF upon anyone, in a way, I'm proud of this journey because it has given me such an intense appreciation for the miracle of life, and on top of that, incredible awe and pride at the strength of the women who go through this journey together.
So thank you - I never would have made it to this point without my sanity intact, without this board

Yup, my HcG levels are 1057 now and my progesterone is still a solid 58.
I go for my first ultrasound on Friday, though at that point we'll only see the yolk sac(s)
