How many potatoes would I need for 4 1/2 cups?
I am making a sweet potato casserole and the recipe says I need 4 1/2 cups of cooked and mashed sweet potatoes. How many potatoes would that be?
Also, it doesn't say to peel the potatoes but im assuming that I have to peel the potatoes, right?

a potato makes about 3/4 c. so you would need 6.
