How do you know....

when you are done O'ing??
My body is confusing me....i've had lite cramping for the last 5 days, AF not due until the 5th. I wish it would be easier to know when I did and when it's done and if this is going to be my month.

well you can use different methods like temping, OPK's, or just paying attention to your CM.

Have you been using any specific methods?

I have been using OPK's. I got a smiley wednesday and like 8pm but i still have lite cramping and CM still feels wet. Not sure if I am just reading my body wrong or what...

do you think I am done O'ing??
