What is Deanna's plan and how much energy do I need for it
So I have never heard of this and we are going to be TTCing soon  . I have seen a few posts on Deanna's plan but I am not sure what it is. Anyone care to explain

ETA: I always preferred a modified Deanna's plan with BDing every other day starting at CD 10 and then once +OPK, that day and the next three days.

We did it this past month. It was VERY exhausting, but hopefully will be worth it. I will be POAS on Wednesday.
