Another PIO question... Im sorry girls

just wanted to know if a lot of bleeding is normal after the PIO shot? I didnt ice it or use heat for the last two shots and it still bleeds a lot. DH makes sure to check he didnt hit a vein. i just get worried oh and some of the PIO comes out after. is that normal too?

It's all normal.
I don't bleed after every PIO injection, but most times there is a little bleeding.

Try warming the PIO itself in a little warm water before drawing it into the syringe. It may make it easier to inject.
