Update: Just got back from the doctor
and he said i have OHSS he said my ovaries are 3 times the size they should be and thats whats causing so much pain. he said there is nothing i can do for this just to stay in bed and rest and drink lots of water. anyone have this before any tips to share? how long does it take to go away? he said i should be feeling better by monday if not then i have to go back
TMI but i havent gone to the bathroom since weds which was my ER and i started the PIO shot which my doctor said will cause constipation so he wants me to take an over the counter med to help me go before i get to backed up and then i will have a major problem! the hits just keep coming
so ill be in bed all weekend doing nothing, being bored! but i do find out today when my transfer is! im very excited about that!! 
i just hope to feel better soon cause this pain is horrible!!

I am so sorry Tara  I am glad you saw the Dr this morning & at least have answers!!!! Stay in bed & rest up!!!! I can't wait to hear when your transfer is!!!!

thank you everyone! it means alot to me when you ladies reply and wish me well!!
DH is coming home early today to take care of me i told him i want take out food for dinner lol we never eat take out here so that will be a treat and we are def renting movies tonight since ill be in bed all weekend

Hope you feel better ...Did they put you on Dostinex (Cabergoline)? I think thats what I was put on when they were concerned about me getting OHSS - luckily I never got it though ..

From someone who has been there a few times.
Do a little walking - as much as is comfortable. There is evidence that some movement is better for OHSS. I have recovered much more quickly when I moved about a bit as opposed to doing total bedrest.
Drink a 50/50 mix of Gatorade/water to help with your electrolytes.
Take Senna (I take 4/day) for the constipation...you MUST move your bowels.
Eat small frequent meals so you don't add to your discomfort.
Good luck to you and keep your chin up...my ovaries were completely overlapping this last time and two weeks after retrieval they were still "kissing".
