question help
Help please!
ok so last month I got AF on the 28th but september I got AF on the 24th. I am typically every 30 days but last month I was at least 4 days late (but knew I wasn't preggo). My question is do I count my O days from the old schedule or the new schedule.
we are not trying yet, so I am a bit nervious.

You might O at a different time each month-
you can always use an OPK to see whan you O- clear blue easy has a great digital one

don't be nervous
your cycle can vary for different reasons. for me, stress is a big factor. when i have a lot going on, my cycle can be longer or shorter by a few days. maybe you were just having a stressful month. with that said, when estimating your O day for TTC, i would use an average. if you want to pinpoint, you could try temping or using OPKs.
