here is another paragraph about Kokopelli....
. Legend also has it that the flute playing also symbolized the transition of winter to spring. Kokopelli’s flute is said to be heard in the spring’s breeze, while bringing warmth. It is also said that he was the source of human conception. Legend has it, everyone in the village would sing and dance throughout the night when they heard Kokopelli play his flute. The next morning, every maiden in the village would be with child.

so Dave and I were at Walmart the other day and we are by the bathroom stuff.. so he sees something with Kokopelli on it.. he explained it ALL to me.. he said he knew about it from being in Arizona.. its a west coast thing i guess...
im like WHY didnt you tell me this sooner!! he said he forgot 
but i find it so interesting.. and i think i want to buy a necklace... some hope for me!

I wore a Kokopeli necklace throughout my 2 IVF cycles. I only just recently took it off (I'm 26.5 weeks pregnant). I still carry it with me though.

Cool. When my SIL was having trouble conceiving she had one. And she swallowed some kind of sand. I have to ask her what it was. She got PG that month.

i also did a search here on LIF .. and saw Goldi..(Leslie) wore a necklace too!!

I learned about Kokopelli when I visited Arizona a few years back....he is everywhere out there.

I actually have a kokopelli statue thingy. My coworker bought it for me after a trip to New Mexico. This was years before I was married. He probably didn't know what it meant. I will be picking that thing up from my parents house and keeping it in our bedroom!

me and fh were in arizona for my cousins wedding and went shopping in sedona and picked up this plate thing ( we figured it would look nice on the coffee table) and i looked at that website and our plate has 2 of those flute playing people!! Maybe i'm really meant to have twins ( a psychic has told me this and twins are in my family) I just find it a weird coincidence-im telling fh to stay faaaaaaar away from my until we TTC
