You may O late as well. That happened to me the same month my grandmother passed away. I O'd a week later than usual and got AF three weeks after that.

The same thing is driving me nuts. I have used it for a long time and this month is CD 19 and still Peak. I am thinking maybe I didn't ovulate. I wonder if I am ovulating very late.
