CBEFM question

This is my first month using it, and I am on CD12 and still did not get a high reading. I am pretty regular, I have a 30 day cycle. I am a little anxious b/c last month I never get a postive opk, I just want to make sure I am ovulating. when do people typically get a high reading, how many days prior to O?

also- do you put the test stick immediately after you POAS or do you wait for the dye to fill up on the stick? Thx

The first cycle using CBEFM you may or may not get a high reading. My first cycle I got 2 peak readings and the a high reading. I didn't get a high reading before my peak. Hang in there. It takes a bit for the monitor to adjust to you.

I would always put the stick in the monitor immediately after POAS.

You won't always get a high reading in your first month - I actually got ALL high readings that month (no low readings) and then got my peak. Also, not everyone will get a peak reading the first month either.

The CBEFM takes a few months to adjust to your body, so try to be patient!

I always put the stick in right after I POAS.
