Wooooohooooo!!!
Just got back from my monthly appt and I only gained 1 lb  
I am so happy!!!
Only because all the other appts I was gaining either 4 or 5 lbs.

good for you! I only gained 1 the first few mths and then last time around it was 4 - this month has been a biggie, I can tell for sure - Im afraid to hop pn the drs scale when my appt comes up!

You are so lucky. I just got back from my monthly appointment and I gained 7lbs. I normally gain 5lbs a month.

That's great! Good for you! I hope to be able to say the same thing. I've got an appt next week and I'm holding steady. After the last two giant gains (8 and then 9 Lbs.) they warned me to be careful.
