I like the style of the bag but IMO the material looks a little cheap. I am not sure if it is the pic that makes it look that.

Nay... esp. if you plan to use it as a diaper bag (the straps don't really seems to work in the diaper bag sense). IMO, it's kinda boring.

I was thinking the straps wouldn't be great for a Diaper bag also...
