what day is day one?
The day that AF arrives (even at 10:00 at night?) or would you start day one the following day?

day one is the first day you put on a pad/tampon. Time of day/night doesn't matter...

pretty much what Jess said....
CD1 is the full flow of AF.. not spotting...
although if its at 10 at night... me personally count the next day as CD1.. there are different opinions about this.. but its my preference.. !!
