not sure, but my obgyn doc said that if we dont get pregnant by December, we'll both come in for tests, including semen analysis for DH. So maybe talk to your OBGYN doc.

How long have you been TTC?
If possible, I'd go to an RE first.
Otherwise, he can probably get it done through his PCP, urologist, or your ob/gyn.
Make sure you get a full report though!
We had ours done through the PCP and showed the results to our ob/gyn and they all said it was normal, but turns out we are "slighlty MF" - because morphology was on the lower side.

No we already have our plan set out with my Dr. DH must go for a semen analysis and after my next period I have to go for an HSG. I am going to the Dr. today after work for blood work. He gave me the info for the RE but doesn't want me going yet. My Dr. just didn't know where to send DH for his test.
DH got the prescription from his PCP but he didn't know where to send him

Is this your ob/gyn?
Hmm, that's weird IMO. They should have a lab they can recommend for you! DH got his done through our PCP and they gave him the script, sample cup, and instructions and told him exactly where to bring it and when.

I just looked up Quest and they do this in Forest Hills. Perfect for Dh because he works in Queens. All he has to do is drop off his samples.

Make sure he has an appointment to drop off the sample.. you can't just walk in with it.. that's because they basically have to analyze it right away b/f the little guys start dying off.
