Charting While on Vacation
I'm leaving for Vegas on Thursday and won't be coming home until Monday. This is the first month that I have been taking my tempurature every morning so I want to continue especially since I'm CD 15 and waiting to see a tempurature shift. Should I print out a blank chart and bring it along with me? Can I take my temp at 7 am Vegas time or do I need to adjust it for NY time (which would be like 4 am there!)?

Re: Charting While on Vacation
Continue with your regular temping time in the new time zone (don't adjust for the time difference).
So if you normally take your temp at 6 am EST, take it at 6 am PST.
They say it should only affect your temp for 1 day, and then your body will adjust (although I had a different experience - but I also traveled longer).
I would just jot down your temps every day. Will you have access to a computer? Will you be nearing O time?

I wouldn't bother since travelling will likely affect your temperature anyway. I would recommend using OPKs instead.

Re: Charting While on Vacation
I got pregnant with DD while on my honeymoon. I had been charting for months and then my temps got all messed up on the trip. I did everything wrong and never got a good reading on the CBEFM. Lo and behold somehow I got pregnant.
So to you!
