I cannot believe I have to wait until 4 pm to pee

Same for me. Usually I am OK but I started to want to pee 20 minutes after my last drink.
I have 2 more hours to hold it.

OMG - that has happened to me sooo many times....
or - i'll be waiting to test when i get home and i'll get home, change into my comfy clothes and then tinkle, as part of my routine and FREAK OUT because i just wasted the hold!!!!

There really is no need to hold for 4 hours! 90 minutes should suffice.
I never held for more than 90 minutes, and never had an issue.

My test says 2 hours.
I usually do 4 hours as per the Deana's plan.
