opk?
When should I start using the OPK? I only have a 22 day cycle. should i start the day my af ends?.
all that stuff really confuses me

a 22 day cycle is kinda short.....so i don't know for sure...
i'm sure someone else can chime in and help....
i'd think maybe as soon as AF is done - but i don't know for sure...

my cycle is not that short but i would recommend starting as soon as AF is gone. depending on your LP, you could O as soon as CD8.

Wow, that's the shortest cycle I have ever heard of.
Are you sure that's your cycle length? You are counting from the first day of AF until the day before the next AF, right?
If so, I'd start on CD 5 - that is what the CBE digitals recommend in the instruction book for that cycle length.

yeah i know it is short. i used to get it every 28 days. and then it just starting getting shorter and shorter. for the last 2 months i was only 18 and 19 days. My body is so weird. Since i am so sporatic i avereged my last 6 months and got 22 days. which sounds right sine tomorrow will 22 days and i know i am getting my af.

that is what was happening to my sister in law. They tried for a VERY long time....
Please go see a doctor about it...that's not okay.

well, i know someone who got PG right after AF was gone so she has a short cycle as well. but the fact that it keeps getting shorter would worry me a bit. i agree that you should consult your doctor. in the meantime, if you are just beginning your cycle, i would start the OPKs right after AF is gone and see when you O and how long your LP is.

yeah i was under major stress at work for the last couple of months so i think that had alot to do with my shortened cycle. Like I said tomorrow is CD22 and i feel like i am going to get my af but it just hasnt come yet. i will start testing the day it ends. that is why i think i missed it last month I started testing like 5 days after and i missed it.
