i think the implantation spotting is more common than the cramping.. but im assuming it feels like AF cramps sort of speak... thats why they say it could be a pregnancy symptom OR AF.. it could go either way..

Usually implantation camping occurs between 7 - 10 DPO.

Not everyone has implantation cramping or spotting. Try not to make yourself crazy by reading into every little twinge!! The TWW is stressful enough!

I had them.
light cramping on and off for a couple of days maybe a week. it would come and go. I had no idea what it was at the time, so I can't say when it started/stopped.
i'm much more knowledgeable now about TTC... which may not be a good thing.
My stomach has been crampy for a few days now... what is it ? I have no clue!

When I got my BFP, I had cramping that was similar to AF. It was about a week after ovulation, and a week before AF was due. I actually though AF was coming.
