AF after D&C- when to start OPK's
I'm on CD 6 of my first AF since my D&C. I only had 1 full day of AF (which I counted as CD 1) and 2 days of spotting. I started spotting again today after 3 days of nothing.
Should I still count myself as being on CD 6, and proceed with my OPk's when I'd normally use them? I know it will take time for AF to become regular again, I'm just anxious to start trying again.

yea i would continue using them when you normally were... you just never know how your cycles are going to be again..
and yea i would count CD1 as the full day of bleeding..regardless if it was only for a day!

did you get AF back right on time? how long are your cycles usually?

I got AF back after exactly 5 weeks. I usually have 30-33 day cycles.
I'm just woried that I won't O if I'm still spotting. Is that crazy to worry about?

i wouldnt be worried too much... you got AF back right on schedule, so take the tests at CD10 just to be sure you dont O earlier than normal.. after a pregancy some girls bodies change..
i had spotting too after AF..
