Spinoff: Relaxation and stress reduction
Since everyone is telling us to "relax" so much .......let's share how we "relax"
I would love to know what you ladies do to relax and manage stress lately?
I have been trying to take 10 deep breaths before getting out of bed in the am and before I go to bed - as per Dr. Oz.
I would love some more ideas.....

Re: Spinoff: Relaxation and stress reduction
as part of my 'taking care of jessica' plan this year - i joined a massage place - where you pay 60 bucks a month and get a free massage once a month. It's a great way to keep myself in check and make SURE i'm doing it..(you carry over any unused, but i try to do it once a month).
for some reason - watching project runway whisks me off to another place...i get VERY into it and it makes me happy for that short 45 minutes or so (without commercials). I got the first 3 seasons on dvd from the library.

Re: Spinoff: Relaxation and stress reduction
Honestly I havent been able to REALLY relax since DD was born
What does relax me is reading in bed, massage, nice hot bath with just a couple of candles, just driving around talking to DH, a nice spa pedicure or just a day/night out without having to worry about anything.
