What do you do when
DH works/goes out without you on the weekends? I often find myself bored to tears because DH works alot on the weekends and I have nothing to do with myself.

I read, waste time on LIF, do needlepoint.
I try to coordinate it to see my mom or my friends.

i literally sit on my fat butt and wait for him to get home.
i also sleep VERY late - and try to watch a dvd or something that he won't normally like.
Dave works every, single, weeeknd....

ABSOLUTELTY NOTHING! I like when he goes out- I watch all the movies he says he will watch with me (ps i love you, made of honor.....) but then decides to fall asleep 10 min into the movie. I make my favorite popcorn, a glass of wine or margarita and cuddle in with my 2 dogs for night. Or I read a book without any interuptions from him like where is this or you wanna help me with this, which only happens when I am reading a really good book I look forward to-

DH plays sports on the weekends so i have free time for myself too. I usually plan some girl time with friends, visit my family, read, watch rom-coms (as DH likes to call romantic comedies), clean, run errands, go to the gym.

last week's boys night out I watched the other boelyn girl 
Either enjoy the house to myself or make plans with my friends.

Or- I babysit my cousins, go to dinner with friends, clean, shop, watch all the shows he refuses to watch when he's home, take naps, take loooong baths, read.

Mike works every other weekend so I have gotten used to it. I actually do not mind it because it gives me a chance to get my things done and then enjoy our time together when he is off.
