kind of gross question
So when we're not TTC I will usually go pee after BDing and let everything out and clean up. How long do you now wait before letting "it" out, or do you just wear a panty liner and let "it" be? I think I remember trying to stay in bed for like 20 minutes after BDing when getting pregnant the first time. I was just curious how everyone else handled that.

me, personally....i try to stay in bed for 20 minutes or so with my legs in the air - i know it sounds silly...but it always makes us both laugh and we joke about it...
i then usually pee - i just HAVE to after BD, i ALWAYS have....
what you need to be up there more likely than not - got up there when he climaxed...so no worries!

The first time we got pg and I never stopped myself from peeing right after. I immediately jumped up to pee. I was scared of another UTI which happened to me once..
I think whatever needs to get up there does...that is my theory!

ok, the first time i was pregnant i ALWAYS got up right after to pee...
this time around i am on month 5 of trying and i still never laid around after BD..but i just might try it , minus the legs up ..and see what happens..

I agree. I've always been afraid of getting a UTI so I go to the bathroom right after.

I don't put my legs up, but I do prop a pillow under my hips for a little while.

I usually just go to sleep right after. I lay on my back (sometime with my legs up) for a few mins and then we go to bed...unless I have to pee and then I would.

I usually prop a pillow under my butt for 30 minutes after, then go right to the bathroom. Feels like it all comes out then, but I know the swimmies are getting where they need to go!

The month we got pregnant I stuck my legs in the air for about 10 minutes. I got the idea from Jess! 
She also gave me the great idea of turning around and sticking your legs on the wall so you don't have to use so many muscles to keep your legs in the air!
