Re: speaking of prenatal vitamins
I was taking 800mcg of folic acid every day. Now I just started taking the CVS brand of prenatals. I came with an extra DHA pill.
edited for brand

Re: speaking of prenatal vitamins
i switched from the woman's one a day to a prenatal - just because that's what my doc suggested (also my friend who is a nurse suggested it as well).
I take Target prenatal.

Re: speaking of prenatal vitamins
I'm taking the OTC ones right now, just because that's what I have in the house, but my doc said a multi-vitamin with an extra Folic Acid supplement is fine.
