CM Questions.

So normally after we BD I get CM the following morning. With all this BD'ng going on - I hope how am I supposed to distinguish whether the CM is due to a change in my cycle or if its part of follow up of BD'ng the night before?

that's the hard part. there is a way to 'test' it by dropping it in water - but that's not terribly pratical. I kinda just disregard any CM after BD because who knows if it's just extra....spermies.

If you're getting "CM" after BDing the night before - it's likely that it's the leftover seminal fluid.

i've also read that you could do a few kegel exercises after BDing and that should get anything remaining out of you. i usually disregard any CM the following morning and just watch it the rest of the day.
