Just curious...is it possible to know that AF is coming by your temps?

Just curious...is it possible to know that AF is coming by your temps?
I was just curious. Oh and of course here is my chart  I started to use a BBT on CD21. I was using a regular thermometer before that by accident.

because you weren't using a Basal therm - i don't think that any of your temps before were valid...i'm sorry.
I could be 100% wrong - but i think that is the case.
Before AF - my temps typically keep going down, down, down...

Unfortunately, ITA.
I don't think you can count those temps that weren't taken with a BBT.
