Okay...I didn't read through this whole thread but I'm going to say something that's going to sound outrageous....about the m/s -- S UCK it up and take it like a woman!!!  I say that because I've read (and the people who wrote this could be talking out of their azzes for all I know) that a big part of m/s is nerves. And with twins, the nerves are even MORE intense. The point is you are probably really excited and nervous and that is adding to the m/s so along with all the great advice that you got on this thread (drink lots of fluids, get plenty of rest, etc) acknowledge the fact that you ARE rightfully excited and nervous, and then accept it and that's it's perfectly normal to be, and that may help with the queasiness. Of course it's mostly hormones, but part of it is psychological.
I am very happy for you!! Congratulations again and a very happy and healthy 34 more weeks!!!

I ate EDY's Frozen Fruit Pops every morning as soon as I got out of bed. Try citrus candies, gingerbread and cereal. They all helped me.
