Cramping?

After DD was born (October) my cycle was like clockwork up until May. It's been crazy since then.

AF was from 8/31-9/8

8/31-spotting with pretty hard cramping
9/1-9/6-AF with cramping on and off, more sever cramping on 9/1 & 9/2.
9/7 & 9/8 spotting with slight cramping on and off.

9/9-9/11-achy feeling not really cramps on and off.

BD 9/12- slight cramping after
BD 9/15- somewhat hard cramping for about an hour after

9/16-slight cramping at night.

I have no clue why I'm getting cramps so much and/or feeling achy. Usually I cramp when I'm Oing and a little at the start of AF. It's not like they are killer cramps but it's so annoying.

Before DD I was on Naproxin (sp?) because the cramps were so bad but since DD I've had little to no cramping.
This is the first time that I've had cramping for so long on and off.

Just wondering if anyone else has gone through this or experiences cramping after BDing.

wow..that seems like a lot of cramping... have you called your doctor about this just to see if its normal??

i know for me.. my cycle changed ALOT.. the cramps were killer which i never really had to deal with cramps beforehand.. so my doctor said it was normal.. after a pregnancy your cycle can just change like crazy!! so maybe its this??

well it's not like its a full day of cramping. It's more like cramp for a min or couple of mins with varying intensity. The cramping during AF i'm not too worried about because I know how wacky my body can be

What kinda has me worried is the fact that I was crampy after BDing which has never happended before.

ok see this happens to me as well... sometimes i get like this too... after BDing i feel crampy.. sometimes even during... i also brought this up to my doctors attn..and of course he said its nothing..lol they even did a sono..and everything is normal..

i know how you feel though... our bodies just change,, and i feel like its always something new .. it never ends
