OPK question & BD
So do you BD on the day you get a positive on the OPK or start the day after?
I have never used them before and am going to try it this month

i use the digital OPKs that give you a smiley face when you surge. i BD every day i get a smiley face (usually 2 days in a row) and then the next day just in case.

when you get the positive... BD that day and the next day... if you can BD the following day after that... so it would be 3 days in a row.. take the next day off. .then give it one last try!

Let's look at days just to make it more clear.
Pretend you get the +OPK on Wednesday. That means you'll either O on Thursday or Friday.
Ideally, you'll want to BD Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

i know for me its very hard to BD 3 days in a row.. let alone 4..
but at least try to BD the day of positive and the next day.. take a day off , then BD again! if you cant BD 3 days in a row! HTH !
