sex life these days? 
Ours is like - sex? what's that?? Oh yea, right, what we used to do before semen analysis and egg retrieval

ha...with the series of FET's I've been doing there is almost no sexlife.
There is approximately an 8 day window when I don't have AF or am using progesterone suppositories. If we can manage four or five encounters during that time I'm thrilled. More often, we don't.

as we JUST got home from our honeymoon - once AF was gone (yes - my luck is that so i got AF the first day we left)....it was nice when we were away.
Normally? I'll try to push for sex for maybe a week before O and a few days after, just so he doesn't know when O is (as he tends to get nervous and can't....um....finish, when he knows the pressure is on).

Question just had my transfer i know bed rest x 2 days but after that can resume ..... our anniversary is thursday

Our sex life sucks. But, at least when we are able to do it, like pp said, its much better because the pressure is not there anymore.

4 or 5 times a month would have been a lot for us. Honestly though, its been much better since stopping treatments.

ours is actually alot better now that we are doing IUI...there's no pressure about timing of sex, etc. we just know a few days ahead of time that nothing goes on for 3-4 days before the iui.

Dh was supposed to go for SA yesterday but got called in to work, so today he was able to "relieve" himself. So we BD this morning. But we are trying NOT to get pg on our own right now since I have the balanced translocation and are soon doing IVF. But, yes, I agree, "Sex?!"

Same here, I was told no sex until after beta. But truth be told, I was too nervous even after the beta.

Our sex life has been nearly non-existant since about 5 years ago. We were having sex and I felt him rip through something. Turned out I had endometriosis and had to have 2 surgeries to remove it. Since that one night- it is usually too painful. I give my DH a lot of credit for staying with me knowing it would be like this for a loooong time. We compensate with other things though.

I must be the odd man out cause ours is not bad. Ever since we found out we have MF and there is no way we can ever conceive without IVF, the pressure is off and the enjoyment is back.

We joke that we "don't have to do that anymore". Pretty sad, actually.
We're taking a forced break this month from my treatments, so it is better than it has been because my belly doesn't hurt from stimming.

Well since we haven't moved on to fertility treatments yet, we basically focus all of our BDing around O time - and then usually BD 1x during the 2ww, and 1-2 times after AF ends before O.
I think IUI would make our sex life better since we wouldn't be stressing over only BDing during those important times - and would stop me and DH from getting mad/upset/resentful when he can't finish because it's too much pressure

I guess I am in the minority too. Even when going through IUI's, I could not complain one bit. Now that we are taking the IVF route, our sex life has gone back to before TTC. We are not letting anything get in our way!

I'll say it's not great but could be worse. We average about 2 x per week. At least we don't have any pressure and we have sex for the sake of simply having sex. I plan to let DH have it as much as he wants up until Thursday. Once I start stimming I will be waaaaay to sore and then we can't do anything unti after the first beta sometime in early Oct.
