suugest a hairstyle for me...
i need my hair cut desperately. i have really log, think pin straight hair. all it iever is is back in a pony tail. it's too long and hot & annoying to keep down, it get all tanlged underneath my neck. i hate it, it's been the same way for the last maybe 10 years.
i need something stylsih without added to much work, i dont like to spend hours on my hair (maybe 10-15min tops) but would spend more time for a special occassion. i need something shoulder length for i do need it to go back for work (i work in the food industry) i would also like a style where it would like nice even if i didnt decide to do anything to that day (airdry)
does something exist?
i have no idea where to even look for good hairstyles
my hair i important to me, sort of my safety blanket, i've been overweight my whoel life and very insecure and my hair i felt was always my one thing that was good about me....

this is what i'm leaning towards... but will it be too much eveyday? not so perfect likethis every day but what would you think it would look like just air dryed?

First of all, you have awesome hair!!!!! So I personally wouldn't cut off too much length. Maybe 5 inches. How do you feel about bangs?  
Here, Khloe Kardashian has the long bangs and then curls her ends which might take about 10 minutes or so.

I love the jessica simpson style and the alyssa milano one too. They would both look great on you. I think angled around your face with a good amount chopped off will really look awesome. You do have gorgeous hair, but, I think leaving it so long like in some of those other pics, is still so long and you'll just wind up putting it back again in a ponytail.
Believe me, I had long curly hair that was ALWAYS in a ponytail because it was easy and would always annoy me. I cut crazy layers into my hair and now I CAN'T put it in a ponytail anymore and I LOVE that!!!!
