With great hesitation...
I announce that got a BFP this morning on a test from early-pregnancy-test.com. I had really intense AF cramps during the night last night, so I got up to put on a pad. When I woke, AF still didn't show so I POAS. It came up with 2 lines after 2-3 minutes.
I just tested with a FRER and there was also 2 lines on that as well.
I'm not getting overly excited because this was a weird cycle and I have an instinctive feeling that something isn't right. Today was CD42, cycles are normally 31-33 days and i've been testing every few days, this morning was the first +.
Anyways, just wanted to tell somebody.

Congrats!
It's quite possible that stress or other factors made you ovulate later than usual this cycle which made AF due later, which would mean you wouldn't get a BFP until later.

Congrats! 
Just so you know (and don't worry!), the cramps are normal. I got them about a week after my first BFP & had them on & off for about 2 weeks. When you get pg your uterus stretches & grows to make room for the baby & that causes AF-like cramps. Congrats!
