OPK QUESTION......
HOW Truly important is it to hold your urine for 4 hours before you test with OPK's???? I held for 3 hours and tested at 10 am. It was negative again. I hope to goodness I O soon. I usually O CD 20-22- today is 21!!!!
Also....is it better to test with OPK's in the afternoon/evening and not in the morning. I just woke up when I tested. ( I did get up earlier to take my temp)....TY!
I also asked FF this question...but you ladies ROCK!

i would advise you not to take the kit in the mornings.. usually they say to take it between 2-8pm.. i always took it at 5pm right in the middle and it worked for me. and i did the hold.. just didnt drink anything for those 4 hours so holding wasnt too bad..
i dont think its a must for you to hold 4 hours but it helps with better results.. i just think you are taking them at the wrong time.. so try and wait till later on!

Like Deanna said, definitely take them in the afternoon between 2 and 8 pm otherwise you are likely to miss the beginning of your surge.
Holding your urine for 3 hours should be fine!

I maybe did take it too early today. I will maybe try again later. We BD anways bc I feel like my EWCM is getting me to O. BD one time a day around O time will suffice - I would think so , right?

I used them in the morning and after work around 5-ish.
I read something online about trying it twice per day, so I figured, why not?

i only test between 2 & 8:00 PM. The testing twice a day thing would get pricey for me....so that's what I do.
The 4 hour hold is sometimes torture, but as D pointed out - you shouldn't be drinking anything then...so it shouldn't be too too bad.
