Yet another OPK question
I bought the Clearblue Easy Digital OPK.
The directions say: "You can test any time of day, but it should be at about the same time each day (many women find it most convenient first thing in the morning). It is important that you have not urinated for at least 4 hours before testing, and you should avoid excessive fluid intake before testing."
I've read on here that its not good to test first thing in the morning. I tried holding it in today at work from 12-4 so that I could test when I got home but I couldn't since I eat from 12-1! Would it really be bad for me to test in the morning??

Re: Yet another OPK question
the best possible time to test is between 2:00 and 8:00 - so eat on your lunch break, pee ONCE after you're done and then do your hold....

ITA.
If you only test in the morning, you're likely to miss the beginning of your surge. (You might miss the Monday night surge and only get the Tuesday morning surge).
If you're relying on the OPKs to determine when to BD, you could essentially miss a very important fertile day.
