after i was 3 month pregnant and lost the baby i have not been upto anything . when is it safe to start trying again. ????

you should ask your Dr. especially since you had a D&C. They should have told you when it would be okay to try again. I believe after a D&C your cycle can be off for a month or two.

my SIL recently miscarried and had a D & C as well. the doctor said once she has had her first period after the D & C. (It supposedly ensures that your uterine lining is ready again). Everyone is different, so I would ask your doctor, but i have heard that advice on these boards as well.

so sorry sweetie.. i know how you feel.. its such a terrible thing to go through..

i had 2 opinions from 2 different doctor..

one told me to try again after my first cycle came back..

then the next told me to start trying 3 months after.

i tried again after my first cycle and am still trying now, but every doctor has their own opinon.. go with your gut!

Physically you are generally good to go after one cyle. Most docs tell you to take a break for your mental health.

I know exactly how you feel

My dr told me after my D&C I only needed to wait until I got AF. I had my D&C 2 weeks ago, so I'm still waiting for my first AF. This is the only time I've ever wanted AF to show!!
