...not bought maxipads/tampons at BJ's because, you thought you would be pregnant soon and didn't want the huge surplus taking up space in your bathroom?

Have you ever made your poor DH POAS in order to compare his to yours to see if the negative ones still have that little shadow of a line in the window or not?????

OK..well...I've never done that...
but I've inspected the TP so much that I switched the brand in the office b/c it must come from recycled paper and had strands of RED in it.

Have you ever done a complete analysis on what your SIL (or friend, sister, cousin, etc...) ate, drank, said, looked like when she came over for a barbeque because she looks pg to you and you are trying to prepare yourself for how you are going to cope with her being pg with her 2nd when you still do not have one?

OMG! Yes! I've even gone so far as to buy someone a "congrats on your pregnancy" card and a box of Saltines because I knew she started ttc and I was sure she'd be quick. I figured this way I could look omnipotent and supportive by having a little present on hand when she announced.

I'm guilty of this one- especially lately. If my SIL continues her 'pattern' she'll be announcing she's pg either this month or next. I'd be happy for them, but even more sad for us, especially w/ what we've been going through lately. She tends to get pg the first months she tries (twice now) and they love May babies.... both kids are.

I have done this! Usually I like to be prepared and have a surplus but now I am going month to month and buying a small box.
