Ladies - I thought this kegal stuff was a waste... until AFTER I had  . Oh man.... CLENCH AWAY because it's hard to do so after you deliver your baby which can in turn make you feel like you are a 2 years old "trying to hold it in." TMI - but it was hard to do jumping jacks without feeling you were gonna have an accident 
SO KEGAL, KEGAL, KEGAL!!! DO THEM IN THE CAR, AT WORK, IN BED.... DO THEM WHEN EVER YOU CAN!!!
