Kegels Question
Ok so i know this may be a difficult question to answer but how exactly do you do a kegel exercise? The exercise dvd I have and my books try to describe it but I just can't seem to figure it out. Yes, I know this may be the dumbest q ever. Also, is it terrible that I am 24 weeks and have yet to figure this out?
THANKS LADIES

Re: Kegels Question
the best way I can describe it is to hold in your pee as tight as you can?!...or better yet, while peeing, stop the flow...that is a kegel

This is how you know if you're doing it right but don't do it often when you pee b/c it could cause uti's.
Another way to think about it: While having s ex, have you ever tightened your muscles so that dh can feel you "squeeze" him. That's the same thing too.
