any advice??
so i went back to my RE and she said that it looks like a follicle is growing and that I should be Oing on like Fri / Sat and that i should BD every other day till then....and then do the 2WW and see her again in sept.....if i'm lucky i get PG, if not...then she might put me on clomid
do you ladies have any advice to make this work??  like any foods or techiniques before/ during or after BDing and during 2WW??
i am totally obsessing over this, which is probably not helping....

Hi, I found this worked for us the first time around.....
Starting now take Robitussen (no letters after it, the decongestant one)...it makes for a more friendly environment for the sperm & also increases CM (I Think)
You can also take a baby aspirin daily (Aspirin appears to increase the activity of the ovaries, allowing them to release multiple eggs during ovulation. It also appears to increase blood flow to the uterus, allowing for a thicker and healthier uterine lining.)---from an article I found online
Also after you BD put a pillow under your butt & lay with your legs in the air for 10 minutes or so.

You can take according to the directions on the bottle. I started taking it about 5 days b4 I O until a couple days after. I would take 4 teaspoons 3x a day
