So angry at Landscapers!!!
They left my gate open when they were done. Usually they are so good about closing it but I always check.
Well today they must have come while I wasn't home. I didn't notice and let the dogs out. Needless to say only Jake came back!  I almost had a heart attack. So I run out the front door screaming Henry's name at the top of my lungs. Luckily he didn't go very far and come running back but I am still shaking thinking what would have happened if I didn't notice he was gone for a while 
I am so angry. They know we have dogs because they always bark at them while they are here.
I called to complain but I am still freaked out about the "what could have happeneds"

Make a mental note for yourself to check everytime. Even if you complain, odds are they may forget again.
I check my gates every Tuesday (when landscapers come) to be sure they are closed. I never trust the landscapers.
I am so glad your dog came back! How scary and upsetting!

thank god he didnt get far , i hate that they do that , same with my house, they come to clean & mow, yet they take everything in the yard & throw it all oevr the place . Last week i came home to our resin chairs on top of the pool cover,  . i went nuts on them ,,

UGH! That's so frustrating! Our landlord's landscapers do this too so when we take Cooper out in the yard we always check both gates to be sure their closed because we KNOW he would take off like a bat out of hell.

OMG I'm so glad that he came running back!
That is such a fear of mine. My landscapers are pretty good about closing the gate, but it only takes one time.

I dont understand ??? The dogs are out when the landscapers are there? How is that possible? Dont they get in the way?
