Heartburn
Okay, I'm currently on day 30 of my cycle. (Cycle was usually 28 days on the pill/32 days before the pill.) I've been experiencing PMS symptoms and cramping for the past two weeks. Today I have massive heartburn. I took a pregnancy test on Saturday and it was negative, so I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant.
Are these typical symptoms when coming off of the pill?

it is a symptom of being stressed.... i notice mine gets worse whenever i'm having a particularly bad day...
i've been taking nexxium all week actually.

I've been taking Nexium everyday since 2001 (for acid reflux), so I know this is abnormal. I only get this kind of heartburn when I forget to take my pill.

When did you come off of the pill?? (sorry I have a hard time keeping track of posts  )

It's probably your body getting used to not having the hormone stability... I had the same problem after coming off of BC... it s u c k e d, but it stopped after the first cycle...

same exact thing happened to me after getting off BCP. I had major heartburn and I've never had heartburn in my life. So weird

Many women's cycles are very different once they come off bcp. I would not expect AF to come at the normal 28 day mark like when you are on BCP. Your body will need some time to adjust.
As for the heartburn, it's pretty common to have that, so I wouldn't put too much thought into that.
