HR people
Since I am a teacher, I have no idea how to help a friend of mine. If someone gets fired from a job, when they go on new interviews, what would they tell the new company the reason is for not working at the old company any more without saying they were fired

Is this old company a necessity to put down on this persons resume. If not I would leave it off. Maybe to make up for the time gap this person can say they stayed home for a bit or worked for a family member etc... I personally wouldnt take the risk of putting a company that fired me on my resume.
