Anyone use seabands to combat morning sickness?
I feel like they are just hurting my wrists and are ineffective.

Yes. They helped me a lot. They are to be positioned on a certain spot with the white ball on the inside of your arm. After a while they did start to annoy me but for a while i was wearing them to help morning sickness.

i tried them, the worked the first 2 days , then that was the end of that. I used those in combo w/ zofran

I never tried them because I've used them when we go out on boats (I get sea sick) and they never help me.

I use them, and sometimes it seems like they are working, but other times, they don't. Maybe it is the power of suggestion?

I wore them through my first trimester. Not sure if they worked or not as I wore them preventatively.

They didn't work for me...but I know many girls on this site that they helped..I would def give them a try...Feel better
