Not a thing. I ask for numbers when I need to, otherwise I'll just get copies if I switch docs or actually need the papers. It might as well sit in their office, not mine.

Yes, I have almost all of my records. When I started my IF journey, I analyzed all of my records and it was then that I noticed I had PCOS and brought it up to a RE who later confirmed it. I like having my records so that when you have consults it will make more sense. After my last two failed cycles, I asked for my records so that I can prepare for my post consult with the RE. I kid you not, my records could be be a Bible!

I do not have copies of everything in my chart. I can imagine only asking for that if I was planning on changing doctors. However, you have the right to see anything in your medical records at any time so don't hesitate to ask.

I only get them when I leave (I've left two different RE's). It always seems like pulling teeth to get information out of the RE office. Like when they call to say...oh your numbers were fine and you are like "well what were they?".

I only have copies of the most recent stuff. The craziest thing I have, which I didn't even request but which was given to my DH while I was in recovery from my surgery, is the pictures from the laparascopy of my tubal pregnancy, my "good tube", ovaries and other internal organs.

I have nothing. All info regarding my ectopic/surgery and HSG is with my OBGYN. All of my IF records (ie BW, Sonos and chart) are with my IF specialist.
Although, I keep a journal of all of my BW results (numbers), sono results, dates I start and complete meds and my reaction to them. I ask A LOT of questions and write very comprehensive notes.

I have everything including my last CD2 recent blood work from Cornell that was just done. On Monday I'm going to request the blood work from the genetic testing and all the rest of the testing which was 10 vials!

I have everything. I had to go and buy myself an accordion folder to keep track of everything. (Records, tests, notes, bills, pamphlets, etc)

The only reason I hve them is because I saw another Dr recently. Why you feel funny asking for them? I did too. BUT I did it and I have them. I am missing some though and I do have to call again. I am dreading that. I have been there 3 years I really love them there. But I have to do this.
