Temping Question
AF just finished yesterday, should I have started with temps today? Can I use a regular digital thermometer?
I don't want to get pg for a couple of months, but I want to start charting now anyway.

Re: Temping Question
I was using that for a month but everyone recommended buying a basal digital thermometer. I purchased mine from AMAZON....good luck!

Re: Temping Question
1. Get a basal thermometer. These are NOT the same as the - i'm sick, take my temp.
2. You take it in the morning - at the same time EVERY DAY. This is important.
3. You take it before MOVING. For me - dave wakes me up and hands me the thermometer. On Sunday - his only late work day - the alarm goes off at 8:55 and he shuts it off - because i can't get up until the temp is taken.
4. You record the temp - i think most of us use FF.
it will help you learn a lot. When you can expect to O (but you'll know the day AFTER)...you learn to see patterns in your temps.

Re: Temping Question
You'll need a basal body temperature as they are more sensitive (they show your temp to the hundredth degree instead of to the 10th degree like a "normal" thermometer).
Good luck!
