2-this one...def. hot...oh.my.god.it.is.gorgeous. But, they are totally for show. The ankle wrap thing digs and leaves marks.

#1 hands down! you will get MUCH more wear out of them since they're more practical.
#2 are for show, that's about it.

I agree-if you have really tiny skinny feet the second would probably look good but I always go for comfort-otherwise you won't have fun
