I don't know what's going on.
My bodily symptoms tell me I have my period but I DON'T. This is driving me crazy.

No clue. This is my first full month off of BC. It's 22 days since the start of my last period. I tested yesterday but it was negative.

I am having the EXACT SAME experience as you are.....I have horrible cramping. It has woken me up the past 2 days. But no AF. My cycles are typically 27 days, and I am now on CD 31. I won't dare test b/c I feel that if its negative, I will be really depressed and then anxious about when my period will actually come.
I also don't have any PG symptoms....none.
Are you going to test?

im due for my af today too, it's my 32nd day, i usually have it on the 32nd day, last month i got it on the 28th day. afraid to test, tested about 3 days ago and negative. so let nature take it's course.

It often takes women a while to regulate after coming off bcp. Don't expect AF to come at your regular 28 day mark. For many women, it takes much longer than 28 days for their first, second, and sometimes more AFs to come. If your cycle exceeds 40 days, I'd check with your doctor. I wouldn't assume you were pregnant unless you're at least 40 days into your cycle. Best of luck
