Water fountain question

So I bring a bottle of water with me to work everyday and throughout the day when I finish it, I go to a different floor in my building to "borrower" their water cooler. Prior to getting pregnant, I would just use the water from the water fountain that has the filter changed regularly. Should I continue to "borrow" another floors water or do you think the water fountain is OK?

If the fountain doesnt look all rusty, then im sure its okay.
