i get them
my mother was actually hospitalized for this when she was 13 thats how bad it was

it depends... some ppl feel it at the moment of ovulation and others feel the pain when the fluid is released into the cavity and its irritates the surrounding area. I was hospitalized for it at 16 - they thought it was my appendix, but wound up being a follicle that released an egg...

I get it for about 24 hours so I say it's while Oing.
If you can deal with some pain, bd around that time. You should catch it right. My doc years ago told me that having that pain is a better indicator that O kits.

yup... it's the fancy word for the pang and crampiness you get around the time you ovulate... I think it's a funny word to be honest with you!
